I’ve solved the problem (i think)
- Make copies of your terraria folder found in both your steamapps and your my games folder. Just in case.
- Verify the integrity of your game cache on steam for terraria.
- Restart Steam.
- Follow the steps provided by the tModLoader 64 page without using a fresh install.
- Start game.
