What happened to Storm in X-Men?
During the “Fall of the Mutants” storyline, she is reunited with Forge, regains her superhuman powers, and dies with the X-Men in giving her life force to defeat the Adversary; she is resurrected by Roma.

Storm lost all of her powers after being shot by government agent Henry Gyrich, who wielded a weapon invented by the mutant Forge.
